A nice spot to relax after walking from UW. I ordered the cheeseburger with a fried egg. The meat was juicy and every bite was satisfying. The staff were friendly and the service was great. Semi-outdoor seating adds to the chill vibe.

Mind blowing baked goods (danish was to die for), good sandwiches (we had a Fried Egg sandwich with extra sausage and mushrooms, and it was good but not great - lacked flavor and sauce, buns were awesome though). Coffee (latte on almond milk) was good (they use Proud Mary beans) - 8/10, matcha was good too 7/10. Lots of seating available. Line is a bit long but moves fast.

This place practically has a cult following. The only time there isn’t a line out the door is when they are closed! The menu is globally inspired- definitely with an Asian lean. I had the breakfast sandwich on melon pan with bacon. The extras kind of add up, but… it was delicious. I’m glad to see they have expanded their gluten free offerings. When I went there years ago, there wasn’t much my gf mother could have.

What a wonderful spot to grab a breakfast sandwich and many other tasty items. Lovely outdoor seating and ordering is very convenient and fast. My favorite was the fried egg sandwich which I had to replace the bun and add sausage/bacon for. I ordered their animal style fries, which were pretty good but I would say it’s a serving size for at least 3 to 4 people. I’d give the breakfast sandwich, a five out of five and fries a four out of five.

We’ve been wanting to come for a while, so impressed with the quality, vibe, and service considering the place. It’s in an old, I assume, boat house. Two outdoor areas to eat, one with water view. Looks like behind they have an event space too. I had their signature brown sugar toast and a pastry. Both delicious. Highly recommend but get there early, it does sell out and the lines can be long. Pet and kid friendly .

So good!!! Amazing bakery and great location with outdoor seating. Expect long lines on the weekends but so worth it, their coffee is Proud Mary, an amazing roaster from Portland. Recommend the avocado toast and melonpans
